How long does the whole process take?
Usually 3–4 weeks from design approval to finished taonga.

Can I use my own pounamu?
Yes, but there is always a small risk with every stone. We’ll discuss this before starting.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — all taonga are sent tracked and signed, worldwide.

Is the design fee refundable?
The $200 design fee is non-refundable as it is a reflection of the mahi done to take your kōrero and interpret that into a tāonga. If you are not happy to proceed, thats up to you👍🏽

What if I change my mind?
If you need to pause or change plans, just let me know — communication is always open.
